I have something

That follows me wherever I go

Something I know I have

Deep inside of me.

But I, myself, am not even sure of

Something I don't want

To acknowledge.

Something i try to hide and ocver

But comes out when

I'm not careful.

 

My friend saw it though,

When I wasn't paying attention.

She caught it

Saved it

And showed me

A handful of arrogance.
